How we use it
- To prepare your free audit and contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and provide services you sign up for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Formspree, which receives and delivers form submissions.
- Google Analytics, which measures site usage.
- Our hosting, phone and business software providers.
Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected to a comparable standard. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see which pages help. We do not use advertising cookies. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Québec, analytics stay off unless you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with . Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep audit and enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as our agreement requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. We delete or anonymise information once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Residents of California can also ask what categories of information we collect and how it is used; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Québec residents can ask about the use of their information and request that it be communicated in a structured format.
To make a request, call or text +1 (661) 727-3766 or use our contact form. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 days.
Patient information we handle for clients
When a dental practice uses our services, such as AI reception, website chat or online booking, we may process their patients’ information on the practice’s behalf. In that case the practice decides how the information is used, and our handling is governed by our agreement with them, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies. Patients should contact their dental practice about their information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for dental professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
